Antico Pastificio Umbro brings deliciousness and ease to prepare risotto. Rather then having to do your chopping and stock preparation, every ingredient is already in the package. All you have to do is to pour the content in 21 oz. of salted water and heat on the stove at low/medium heat for approximately 15/18 minutes. Stir very little while cooking. At the end flavor with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, small amount of butter and if you like a bit of grated parmesan cheese. Serves 4
If you like to add extra flavor, at the start sau·té some sweet onion then proceed with the above instructions. Enjoy it!!
