Bucatini Michele Portoghese - 500 g

Bucatini (also called perciatelli) originated in Rome, elongated in shape with a round cross-section and perforated interior. Bucatini all'Amatriciana, with tomato sauce and pork cheek, is famous, but this versatile shape is also excellent with vegetable sauces made with tomato sauce and the addition of peppers, eggplant, zucchini, olives, and capers.
