Fusilli Michele Portoghese - 500 g

A short, spiral-shaped pasta with a hollow interior. The name "fusi" (spindles) used by spinners gave this pasta, originally from Campania, its origins: it derives from the ancient tradition of twisting spaghetti around a knitting needle, with quick, skillful movements. Ideal   for   meat sauces and summer dishes.
